This dynamic Ashtanga-inspired yoga class focuses on alignment of the body while linking the postures together with movements and breath. All levels welcome.
Great class for runners and anyone who wants to relieve muscle tension. A feel good body therapy class. Integrates rolling techniques to relieve tightness, increase your range of motion, and provide relaxation.
Operation Boot Camp involves exercises of drills designed to train the participant in an interval fashion, emphasizing non-choreographed athletic movements. A variety of drills will provide training to both the aerobic and anaerobic systems as well as developing strength, power and endurance. Expect to work hard – harder than normal.
Not playing squash? Bring your friends, eat, drink, and watch squash! It’s a blast! Tuesdays are singles matches and Thursdays are doubles matches. Come support the Bow Valley Club teams!!
Our slow flow classes are light and creative, but slower paced and gentler than our Ashtanga classes. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for therapeutic recovery for athletes, squash players and runners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and sinking deeper into their practice.
