An intense workout using intervals of power and cardio activities paired with essentials strength exercises. Finish off with a Tabata-style lightning round and burn calories long after you leave the gym. Exercises are modifiable for all fitness ability levels.

Tight Ain’t Right Stretch Class with Lida @ Fitness Lounge

A blend of flexibility and core stability training designed to improve strength and suppleness.  This class will include a full body holistic approach, fusing proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) with enhanced stretching positions, yoga and balance techniques.

Boot Camp with Brenda @ Fit Pit

Boot Camp involves exercises of drills designed to train the participant in an interval fashion, emphasizing non-choreographed athletic movements. A variety of drills will provide training to both the aerobic and anaerobic systems as well as developing strength, power and endurance. Expect to work hard – harder than normal.
